The Joys of Insomnia

Its getting on for 1am on Tuesday morning and I am suffering form insomnia. It's not the first time this has happened and I doubt it will be the last, its particularly common in spring time. No idea why, I just have to deal with it when it happens.

Life is frantically busy at the moment and I do wonder whether that is the cause.
